Sunday 2nd March Time TBC – Bear Cubs Team Allocation Day & Uniform Sales (Max Ruddock Reserve)
All players in the Bear cubs competition are encouraged to come down at the following times to find out general information about the running of the Bear Cubs 2025 season, including some important dates, volunteer requirements and team duties, communication plans, and coaching support. This will also be an opportunity for your children to meet their team. It is expected that by the end of your meet and greet session, your team will have a nominated volunteer coach and manager. This will also be when your team nominates their preferred training date and time.

Uniform Purchases
The clubhouse will be open on Saturday mornings from 8am until 12.30pm during the season.
Any uniform purchases after this time will be subject to a committee member being available in the clubhouse.
There will be limited stock in certain sizes of socks ($15) and shorts ($25) with both cash and EFTPOS options available.
Registration
Registration for the 2025 Season is open from 2nd January 2025. To be guaranteed a placement in a team we request that all players are registered by the 16th of February.
Annual General Meeting
Our AGM will be held at 8pm on Monday 27th October, 2025. Venue to be confirmed.
