The 2026 Winter Season Grading Dates have been announced!
Under 6s through to Under 18s have dates allocated for grading in the upcoming 2026 winter season (times to be confirmed closer to the dates).
Each age group have all been allocated 2 grading dates before the season starts. All players U9 and above need to attend at least one grading day to be allocated into a team. However, attending both grading dates will give the graders a far better chance at grading a player appropriately.
U6 to U8 do not need to grade in order to play the internal Bear Cubs season. U6 players that are graded at an appropriate level will play in the U7 Bear Cubs season, and any U7 and U8 player that grades at an appropriate level will play in the U8 travelling competition (meaning those players will play against other clubs at other grounds, as well as at Max Ruddock).
Please be aware that players must be registered a minimum of 3 days prior to grading. This is a requirement to cover the safety of each player.
